為了實現心目中理想的高級牛仔褲，我們選用了日本丹寧布大廠：KAIHARA的布邊布(Japanese Kaihara selvedge denim)，作為這件褲子的本質。
創立於1893年，至今超過百年的日本知名牛仔布廠- KAIHARA 貝原紡織丹寧布廠，目前已是日本佔有率第一的丹寧布料製造商。
KAIHARA沿襲了舊式織法的韻味並融合最新生產技術，所出品的丹寧布料是日本頂級工匠最高傑作。其中使用稀有的舊式梭織機織出的窄幅赤耳丹寧布邊布，是所有高級布邊牛仔褲，不可缺少的基本元素。因為赤耳布邊布料為窄幅寬，生產量較少，布料用碼量也高出一般牛仔布2倍以上，製作和時間成本也提高，所以特別珍貴難得。（註：赤耳也叫布邊或者Redline，在1927年時，LEVIS開始大量使用紅線（就是現在 LEVIS VINTAGE CLOTHING 裡的「RED LINE」，在日本被稱為「赤耳」而聞名。）
目前 國外知名的丹寧品牌，如 GAP 1969, Nudie jeans , Evisu, Uniqlo, and Baldwin等等，都有選用KAIHARA的布邊布，來製作該品牌高單價的selvedge denim褲款。

Making our ideal jeans, we choose the Kaihara selvedge denim (by the renowned Japanese denim manufacturer, Kaihara Denim) as the foundation.
Established in 1893, Kaihara Denim is known for a great history of over a century. Today, it is the largest denim provider in Japan. Applying the traditional ways of weaving the fabric with the state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, Kaihara Denim delivers the best denim of the Japanese artisan spirit.
Among all their products, the Redline selvedge denim is one of the best. It is made through traditional weaving machines, the cloth is narrower, indicating a much smaller yield and higher production cost than other fabric types--this makes the Redline selvedge denim rare and valuable. (Note: "the Red Line" is the denim cloth with red sewing lines. In 1927, Levis started to mass-produce this style of cloth, which is later called "the Red Line" in the Levis Vintage Clothing.)
Kaihara insists to manufacture their products in Japan, using traditional techniques for their fabrics. With their premium quality, our jeans with Kaihara Denim can be worn to develop unique and solid crease and color patterns. They are more detailed, more characteristic, and represent your own life style.
Several major denim brands, such as GAP 1969, Nudie jeans, Evisu, Uniqlo, and Baldwin, chose to use the Kaihara selvedge denim for their high-end denim items.
We cannot find a proper hardware ready-made in the market which delivers the 57N jeans style and spirit.
Therefore, we designed and tailored it by ourselves, making it the unique French-detailed hardware exclusively for our premium jeans.
57N jeans 想要創造一個「優雅，簡單，辨識度高，具有時代性」的袋花。
我們回歸原點，思考57N jeans要成為什麼樣的丹寧品牌，想向 Levi's學習，那種「過去經典，現代多樣，到未來浪潮」的精神，進而 連結到57N品牌的N變形曲線化，成為波浪。
"Arcuates" are the patterns on the back pockets of the jeans. They are one of the other elements unique to the jeans. Some of the arcuates emphasize their effect of polishing body shapes, while more showcase brand styles and identity. They are the best places to deliver brand image as they are easily to be seen.
For denim aficionados, it requires only one glimpse on the arcuates of the jeans to tell their brand or even the collections.
For 57N jeans, the arcuates are created to be "elegant, simple, easy to be identified, and representative of our era."
Again and again, we reviewed the brand image of 57N jeans, and finally decided to learn from Levi's, its spirit of "the classic of the past, the variety of today, and the fashion tide of the future," to create our featured wavy arcuates, developed from the "n" in our brand name. "The three simple wavy curves shift and arranged into proper order, creating a three-dimensional visual effect of a curvy surface. This is the pattern we are looking for, elegant and unique."
Our goal is to create a trend of the new denim, simple but exemplifies our era and our passion in making the best jeans for you.
Somewhere you cannot see, the back pocket nevertheless has the elegant details we pursue. The inner side of it is made of the 12-ounce thick cotton cloth, which is gentle to your touch and more enduring than others.
After wearing our jeans for some time, the outer side of the pocket begins to develop your unique abrasive patterns, while the pocket itself will remain sturdy and strong because of the special cloth we use.
